Collaboration with The Chocolate Detective
In 2021 Madeleine came up with an idea which she took to The Chocolate Detective, Chantal Coady OBE. Chantal is a sustainable chocolate expert, founder of Rococo Chocolates and a lifelong chocolate activist. An ongoing collaboration was born creating a growing range of beautiful chocolate birds eggs that nestle in perfectly folded tissue paper and are then hand packed inside 100% compostable egg boxes. Delicious delicate hazlenut praline eggs or sea salt caramel with sumptuous chocolate ganach … rare hand made chocolates from France and Grenada decorated in all colours of the rainbow using three different chocolates…protected like rare gem stones in their box… the choice is yours and it is one you will want to return to again and again.
